For a complete description of the Re-Registration process - Visit the EPSARC Website - Click Here Important Points to Remember: If you completed the Entry Level Course prior to 12/31/09 you must have completed 5 additional hours of training and passed a written exam during 2010 unless you are a full time college student or Active Duty military. See below. For 2011, all re-registrations will be done on the USSF secured website www.ussoccer.info using the Log-On ID and Password mailed to you by US Soccer last year and/or printed on you current registration card.If you are a currently certified referee DO NOT Select "Create a New USER ID" on the US Soccer Website. This will only mess up your record. In the Referee Grade Details Block make sure your District Code is Correct. This helps assignors find you for matches. District Code is based on the county where you live.
1 - Philadelphia Special Note for Full Time College Students and Active Duty Military: You must still complete the USSF On-Line Registration. If a referee is a full time college student or Active Duty Military and was unable to complete the five hours of training or did not take the refresher test, the training hours and test will be waived provided the referee sends in proof that they are enrolled (current college schedule, tuition bill, etc.) or proof of service. The registration will be completed once this information is received. Mail all paperwork to: Frank Giancroce Renew your CASRa Membership at any Chapter Meeting.
